Who are we?

a.mole.of.chemistry

Why a mole of chemistry? As we know, the mole (symbol: mol) is a unit of amount of substance : it is an SI unit and one of the few units used to measure this physical quantity.

It is one of the most commonly used physical quantity in all disciplines of chemistry. As the name implies, we hope to share with you the many interesting aspects and various disciplines of chemistry.

No doubt, the mole is often defined in terms of the Avogardo Constant, which is overwhelming in magnitude; and this could be similar to the amount of content and concepts that you require for your A Levels. BUT, we hope to simplify all that to be like a mole (simple yet being its equivalent). Being committed and professional Chemistry tutors, who have been helping our students with their work, tests and examinations over many years. And we hope to help more students like those that we have helped.

A brief introduction of us...

We recently graduated from NUS in 2009, majoring in Chemistry.

YY obtained a First Class Honors degree in Chemistry while William was awarded a scholarship to pursue his PhD in Organic Chemistry.

We specialize in teaching Chemistry, relentlessly pursuing to optimise our teaching pedagogy and to customise our teaching approaches to cater to the needs of different students.

Through a combination of the student's lecture notes, our notes and recommended textbooks, we are focused towards a targeted approach for the required syllabus. We seek to fill in the gaps and to expand upon missing links that teachers and lecturer cannot attend to owing to the large classes.

We WANT our students to improve and enjoy the learning of Chemistry. Moreover, with our vast tutoring experience, you can rest assure that we will assist you to achieve your fullest potential.
